Tea travel tins
Tea drinkers take their tea seriously. And now they can take that tea where ever they go. Whether it’s Honeybush for a hike or camomile for camping we’ve created two branded mini tea caddies for Tick Tock and Dragonfly Tea.
Design development for new Yarn marketing materials
After creating their visual identity a couple of years ago, we continue to work with friends and copywriting collaborators Yarn, designing their marketing materials as the company develops and grows.
Supporting women in the design industry
63% of graphic design students are women yet only 17% are Creative Directors. Kerning The Gap want to change this statistic. Established in 2015, its aim is to get more women into leadership roles within the design industry. I’m happy to say that I’m taking part in their mentoring scheme this year.
Our process – getting behind the scenes of a visual identity project
Our ‘work’ page only features the final stage of our process and shows the finished, polished designs we’ve Photoshopped and photographed from the best angles. So, to break that trend we thought it would be fun to take a look behind the curtain.

Lark X Fedrigoni 365 – 2022
Ahead of the lunch party tonight we’re sharing our contribution to the 2022 edition of Fedrigoni 365. This year’s calendar is a collection of four volumes each produced using various hues of Fedrigoni’s Materica paper. Our design, for December 27th, takes inspiration from an elephant’s heart rate.
Conversations and collaboration
Conversation Space are our longest standing client. Having completed their branding over five years ago, we’ve continued to work with them on a number of projects. The latest has been to develop ‘Listen Up’ — their pocket guide to mentoring — for the world’s biggest luxury jewellery house.
A copywriter’s Christmas
The festivities might be over but this one was too nice not to share. Our friends and close collaborators Yarn wanted a little something to send out as part of their Christmas correspondence.
Happy new nest
This year’s Lark Christmas mail out coincided with the move to our very own studio in a renovated coach house in the heart of Leamington Spa. We designed a two-sided card to celebrate landing in our new nest.
Festive window display
We’re feeling festive having just completed a suitably wintery window display for our estate agent client Homesite. It’s already raised a few smiles from buyers collecting the keys to their new homes.
Studio move
Eagle-eyed followers might have noticed a couple of address changes recently. We moved out of London a few months ago to establish a new home in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
Shortlisted for a D&AD award
We’re very pleased to hear that our Christmas cards, designed in collaboration with WithPrint, have been shortlisted in the self promotion category of the D&AD Awards.
Lark X Fedrigoni 365 – 2021
365 is an annual project from Fedrigoni to promote their paper stocks. Each year they invite creatives to submit a design inspired by a number. Our contribution appears in our copy today.
Christmas cards WithPrint
We’ve teamed up with WithPrint for this year’s Christmas card, mixing up the usual greeting card format using a range of print finishes and recycled papers.
Whole Foods window display for Dragonfly Tea
We’ve recently completed a bright display for Dragonfly Tea inside Whole Foods window on Kensington High Street in London.
Climate change poster design
Lark was invited to contribute a climate change poster design to Mate Act Now, a poster protest for the digital generation.
